The B Report is run by JB Von Preysing. He has a Bachelor’s degree in English (with a focus on Creative Writing) from the University of Central Florida, for those of you concerned about the necessary paperwork.
He also has self-published a novel on Amazon, written and directed several independent short films, and has acted on screen and stage. He has a borderline obsession with digesting as many different kinds of narratives in whatever medium he possibly can, and now he’d like to share what he likes with you.
He tries very hard to keep new posts and articles up on the site, but can be sidetracked by other projects for days or weeks at a time. He knows he needs to be better about this, and will work to do so moving forward.
THE B REPORT MISSION STATEMENT
The primary goal the B Report is to create positive and amusing reports about works that bring me joy in the hopes of leading others to experience the same joy or similar experience. While I am an EXTREMELY opinionated individual about everything in life, this space will be for building up, not tearing down, other artists.
To that end, I will only publish reports of works that I enjoyed and would recommend; if I do not enjoy something, I will not waste time on negative energy on telling you why you shouldn’t watch it. The only exception to this rule will be ranking lists (because someone/thing always has to finish last and I need to defend my ranks).
I am not here to tell you what you should not watch or read or experience. I am here to tell you about works that you might enjoy, some of which you knew and some of which you may have not have heard of.
